Avago.
Read it CAREFULLY. I stress that the it was a 'cut and paste' job from a reply where I WAS having a bit of a go at someone and that I was NOT having a go it Paul!
It's NOT too much info! It is the utter BASICS of going though a 'fault finding'!
Being honest..... if you can't follow THAT simple stuff..... then you ought to stick to arrive and drive because the TOUGH stuff of setting your carb, axles, tyre pressures, tracking, toe-ing, caster/ camber etc. is going to DEFEAT you!
If those things are beyond him, he certainly should NOT be dismantling a carb!
Be honest, again; that really SHOULD help 95% of the incidents where an engine won't start and it's THOSE problems which cause the MOST 'heart-ache' for beginners!
Finally, I would accept criticism on it if I HADN'T tried to give him the BEST possible answer that I could! I worked DAMNED hard on the reply (yes it DOES Need editting, etc.) and I feel that I HAVE paid my diues for any grumpiness from the cut-and-paste!
