Recieved a phone call from Carollyn Hoy this weekend regarding the trip to America by three cadet drivers from the Stars of tomorrow championship. The trip was offered to the three cadets who finished first second and third, I was dissapointed because as Mac finished fourth we didnt get the chance to go. Carollyn then informed me that one of the three had dropped out and that as Mac finished fourth he would have been the obvious choice to go instead, however, because I have been very critical of the way Stars has been run this year Macaulay will not be asked to go. Carollyn Hoy told me that the number five driver will be asked instead. I spoke to Darren Masters who informed me that Bret is going so one of the fusion drivers has dropped out. I have made no secret that I believe the fusion drivers have been given preferential treatment throughout the year. Number five is also a fusion driver, however, if the drivers who have been excluded win their appeal and are reinstated I have been told that the driver at provisional five will end up about eighth. the only positions that are safe are the top four. We live in a society of free speach but unfortunately my free speach written by a man of 43 have resulted in the persecution of my twelve year old son by the principal of a karting championship for children. Is this really just or fair ?
