Find the common denominator and it's usually not the number on the plate!
The number of people that win a National Championship and claim the same and have the most awful year afterwards, but the reality is there is something different in what they do and my advice to anyone in these circumstances is to rewind your clock 1 whole year and make sure you are doing everything that made you Champion. Often there's been a I've made it sort of mentality, I'm number 1, but you have to remember from being number 1 you can only remain number 1 or go backwards!
Take a leaf out of the books of great multi Champions Mike Wilson, Mark Litchfield etc they never ever say it's the number they are using as an excuse!
