I'm not sure how useful it is, but I can give you a basic dry starting point for mine. Here goes :
o Run the front square, no toe in or toe out. o Run no camber. o Set the rear width to 139cm. o Tyre pressures should vary from 8psi->13psi on an abrasive [go low when the temp is warm, high when its cooler] to 15psi->18psi on slicker track... again the lower pressure is for warmer weather. o Assuming you're using a 50mm axle, begin with a medium grade softness.
- For improved turn in, put a slight amount of toe out. - If the kart's bogging down in turns, increase the caster [let us know if you're unsure what that means]. - Fix the seat further forward to improve turn in during slower corners and fix it further back, with the weight over the rear axle to improve rear end grip. Let me know if you need some starting measurements for the seat position as that's very important.
