Actually, Florent I CAN compare them..... and did!
However, I'll do BETTER than that, I'll comapre them in the ONLY thing that matters, that's LAP TIMES!
Work it our for yourself....
Take YOUR lap time at XYZ track while using as MUCH kerb as you want! Then take the time with you AVOIDING all kerbs. I would suspect that even the BEST karter would expect to lose up to 0.5 of a second if they kept OFF the kerbs where the have NOT before. How many extra ccs would you need on your engine to get THAT much improvement in lap time? FIVE ccs........?????
To CONSISTENTLY jump the kerbs ALSO require INTENT! So that is aANOTHER Place where they EXACTLY compare!
You will have noticed that I have CAREFULLY used the term 'consistently' or 'repeatedly'. I am NOT complaining about the occasiobal ERROR.... I am concerned about DELIBERATE, CONSIDERED, REPEATED, PLANNED C*H*E*A*T*I*NG which is EXACTLY waht most kerbing IS!
Finally, why is cheating about the 'kerbs' 'grey' but cheating about weight or cc 'black'? Would that be ANYTHING to do with the fact that YOU 'cheat' (as I do!) about kerbs but would not CONSIDER cheating about the cc or weight? Just tell me HOW they differ and I'll understand.......
