Simply tell us how MANY wheels you allow 'off' the track.
Please note, I do NOT mean to cover the 'accidental' and 'occasional' off!
I mean where a driver REPEATEDLY uses the 'outside white line' area of the track on EVERY 'clear' lap! Will you 'act' if a driver has 1, 2, 3, or 4 wheels outside the white lines? What IS your limit at Rye?????
Then be CONSISTENT about it!
For example: I know of MANY drivers who will have all FOUR wheels on the 'kerb' on the LEFT entrance to Pylon. Is THAT 'legal' in your book?
How about if they did the SAME 'four wheels' OFF the INSIDE of track at the 'pit entrance corner'?
We BOTH know you allow the former but NOT the latter! Why? And how is a visiting driver supposed to KNOW that seriously subtle 'interpretation'.
Similarly, how do YOU view drivers who use the part of the track on the OUTSIDE of Stadium, beyond the white lines, in the WET?
Again, how the HELL can you treat THAT as 'cheating' but NOT leaping the whole kerb on the ENTRANCE to Pylon?????
Just IMAGINE the MSA hearing if you disqualify a driver for using 'outer Stadium' in the wet when he turns up with a video and 'sworn statements' by independent witnesses, of his competitors with FOUR WHEELS off at Pylon on EVERY lap when you have ENCOURAGED that!
It's MADNESS!
Have some CONSISTENCY!
