I agree with TKM 177 about checking the seat. After about 15-29 laps at bayford my ribs really started to hurt as there's quite a fast right hander over the back and the head of the bolt and the counter-sunk washers were diggin into my ribs. We considered after the practice day getting a rib protector untill i found some 10 seat pading on eBay. Done the trick perfectly and apart from the pain has gone, they hold you really snug and comfortable!
These are the exact ones - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Kart-Seat-Padding-Sides-Cadet-Rotax-Karting-TKM-100cc_W0QQitemZ380070414107QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Cars_Parts_Vehicles_Other_Vehicle_Parts_Accessories_ET?hash=item380070414107&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1301%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318 - they come with two pieces of velcro on the back of each pad.
