Does the temperature dislplay ok?

Download the instructions from the Alfano web site.

Make sure the display setting had a 'd' not a 'm' for the lap display.

When you have done that, use a paperclip to short the socket on the back of the Alfano, wait 10 seconds and short it again.

What you are doing is simulating the magnetic sensor.

Don't worry, it won't damage it.

If that fails, go through each of the settings in each section and change it, noting what it was before you do it,

Save each one.

Change it all back again!

I know it sounds like a lot of faffing about but the 'prom' cam get its knickers in a twist and changing each setting can correct problems that resetting doesn't.

Shame you didn't post before forking out for a new sensor.
