Alan,unfortunately I can't compete in karting at a competitive level but my youngest son is hoping to,once I figure out where /when he can take and hopefully pass his ARKS, having said that I would be more than happy to subscribe to an Independant drivers Association,one seperate from the MSA and any individual Class and which would have the "clout" to stand up and represent at National/International level and be able to rely on in house Technical expertise so that any future problems relating to, ooooh what shall we say? Cadet carbs ? Could be fighting the corner of the drivers and mechanics/teams/parents that buy them, or even at MSA HQ when they are voting on new legislation.

If you get your 1,000 I have plenty of free time to do your membership cards at the moment.
