I think what you're saying is that you will NOT find cheaper ;-)
I run a 2008 010B and they're a fantastic chassis. Simple and straightforward to set up, very nicely engineered, and the bits are significantly cheaper than the Italian brands. The 2009 010B is however quite different to the 2008 one in terms of its front end arrangement. There are some clever castor/camber adjustment options there. Whether they are any good or not I don't know, but the remainder of the frame's pretty much the same, so I imagine if you go for similar settings, the handling shouldn't be all that different.
I would vote for the Gillard, but then I've not driven a Maranello... so maybe somebody who's driven both would be able to give a more balanced opinion.
