We have run Tryton carbs with low between 35-120 mins and high betwwen 40-80 mins. As a starting point I prefer low at 45 mins and high at 60 mins, often going a bit richer to 65 mins, which sometimes works very well. In low pressure conditions we have had the low at 120 mins, with high at around 40 mins, this can be very good as long as the pressure isn't rising, but can make it harder to start the engine and/or make it prone to oiling up.
The short of it though is... The Tryton carb isn't very good and they are not very consistant between carbs and often need different settings on different engines.
Unless your driver is competant at setting up the carb on the move, which isn't easy with these carbs, it can often be a hit and miss situation. Added to this, the low screw does effect the high running and vice-versa, which makes it even more difficult to get the carb right.
All that said, I'd recommend the low at 40-45 mins and high at 55-65 mins depending on conditions and engine. Also give your driver plenty of track time with him/her adjusting the carb on the move, design a carb adjusting training routine for the driver. In the long term this will pay dividends.
Not the answer you wanted, but in my limited experience the only advice I can give.
