hi mate, was so relieved to see you up on your feet after the crash. you just need to get a bare chassis to bolt your bits onto and get back in the seat.
think a massive thanks needs to go to naldo algieri and also the guy in the tonykart, think he was number 24 who actually stood on circuit and slowed the leaders down before the chicane otherwise there would have been another huge accident. both of those guys acted much quicker than any of the marshalls or officials and really helped the situation.
however in my eyes serious questions need to be asked about the marshalling and clerking at hooton park. it was an absolute disgrace, people getting fired left right and centre with no reprocussions and a seeming lack of interest from the clerk, warning flags being given to the wrong drivers. and in the snr tkm final the officials didnt even seem to be aware that a 5-6 kart collision with drivers thrown out of karts, one hanging out of a kart unable to move and general carnage had even happened until the pitwall drew their attention to it. people are going to start leaving in droves if it isnt sorted as there seems to be distinctive favourtism combined with the poor level or clerking/marshalling, its only a matter of time before somebody gets seriously hurt if it isnt sorted. we have raced at hooton since it opened and have been big supporters of the club taking multiple drivers there, however we are now considering looking at other venues to race at as this weekend was simply a farce.
but anyway, least you are ok mate :-)
