Maranello, with due respect I and others have approached and continually tried to actively support in the most constructive manner possible the very organisers of this series.

Head - Banging - Brick Wall spring to mind I'm afraid.....there were several people demanding their money back on Sunday morning in the race control room.

The VERY questionaire itself opens with a clear statement saying " We know very well we have clearly taken our eyes off the ball ", I think this questionaire is a form of damage limitation, a last ditched attempt to try and prove that the organisation is wanting to sort things out. For us and many I believe it is too late, all avenues have been exhausted and THIS forum as stated by a person above is the only avenue left open to vent/air views, rightly or wrongly !

As we all know in business (and FKS IS a business).....it is pointless advertising and marketing your business in order to attract customers when the very core business you already have is being very much ignored !

In closing, lets remember that the very people who are posting their comments/feelings on here are the VERY REAL people who have first hand experience of this series THIS year, right here, right now.....all others are purely speculative !
