Its possible to fully adjust the front geometry on the pre 2009 Gillard 010B, but the castor and camber will be interdependent. This is because the adjustment is in the form of an elliptical 'pill' washer which varies the angle of the kingpin. The 2009 010B uses a different system and I've transcribed an excerpt from the May edition of Karting Magazine below to explain how it works.
I drive a 2008 010B and find the front geometry adjustment to be perfectly adequate for my needs. I've not driven a 2009 010B, so couldn't comment on the relative differences, but maybe somebody on here has and could help explain how the technical differences effect on track performance.
" Gillard have a very clever, and I believe unique, new castor/camber adjustment system. Introduced this year, with the new homologation, this system permits the simple adjustment of each of these elements individually without influencing the other at all. The camber adjustment is achieved by means of a transverse turn-screw, which is easy to operate having loosened the kingpin bolt. The new camber adjustment unit takes the place of the top eccentric washer as used by almost all the world's manufacturers. When the desired camber is reached the turn-screw is locked off and the kingpin tightened. It can be done in seconds. The castor on the other hand is adjusted by installing different elliptical fittings into the bottom of the kingpin yooke. There are three different fittings giving a total of five castor settings, enough for even the most pedantic driver or mechanic to understand. The kingpins are 10mm diameter bolts, the whole assembly looks very strong, well made and easy to work with. A real coup for Gillard and yet so simple, why didn't anyone else think of it twenty years ago. "
