You are perfectly entitled to your opinion on what went on on Sunday - I am afraid I can't , and wouldn't comment ,as I didn't see that particular incident- but I object to mud being slung about people who had nothing to do with an assault that ocurred at GYG and think it appalling that someone should say otherwise. An apology is in order but I won't hold my breath as I don't think Russell would admit he was in the wrong no matter how often you told him. There does seem bit of an attitude amongst the senior drivers at Hooton though and it is demonstrated through the posts on this forum on occasion - for example you refer to people who choose to do the odd meeting as " outsiders " - hardly the way to encourage people to join the grid is it ? After the last meeting you all came on here and bad mouthed another driver I seem to remember - it really isn't the place - if you have a problem then you need to talk to the clerk of the course on the day and not think you can sort it out in these forums . I understand you were all sent emails reminding you of the forum rules but obviously are choosing to ignore that I also object to "grown ups"( and I use the term very loosely) using four letter words to juniors in parc ferme and implied threats for future meetings- not very good is it?
