32mm tubing does NOT guarantee that the chassis is STRONGER! Just look at the example of rear axles. It's not easy to bend a 30mm rear axle but you can bend some of the VASTLY more expensive and 'stiffer' 50mm rear axles by SNEEZING too close to them!
It's the WALL THICKNESS which make a hell of a lot of the difference! The lightest 50mm axles look (from sideways-on) like the Aluminium Baking Foil that you mum uses to wrap the Christmas Turkey!
Secondly, karts work by FLEXING. If you DID manage to make the chassis stiffer AND less prone to being 'bent' in an accident (e.g., by using SCAFFOLD POLES for the chassis) then they'd handle like SH**........!
Sorry and all that, mate, but you have chosen a sport when EVERY 100th of a second is CRITICAL and we are NOT going to tolerate going 'slower' in the search for 'no bending'. If that's what you want.... buy a 'corporate' kart which are DESIGNED to be stronger...... and SLOWER!
