Marshals are for safety, if you mean MSA 'judges of fact', then nothing has really changed, you've merely allowed the Clerk of Course an opportunity to review one (or more) particular specific point of view, and like the famous tv ad, the point of view on an incident makes a great difference in the interpretation of what has been seen. You will still get bad, or more often no calls.
The obvious one of pushing into the braking zone for turn 1 off the start, can only be viewed if you have the nose cam of the kart behind and the one behind, etc, as the usual excuse is 'well I was pushed into him by he guy behind me'.
I agree its very peculiar how cameras on a nassau panel is suddenly safe (but very ugly nonetheless) when it suits the powers that be, its not a panacea for driving standards.
