agree with alanr about certain pompous idiots refusing to look facts in the face!!
I myself have used protrain to pass my ARKS test, who immediately set about pointing me in the right direction of kart driving. Obviously driving quickly is about developing your "feel" of the kart, knowing what inputs to use when and which entry speeds to use. I have since used another driver coach (v successful in karting) and he simply put my driving on a level I would never have achieved on my own! Driving is not natural to MOST people (almost all karters!) and so all the BS about talent and that don't really come into it at club level, at the end of the day there are set ways to be quick, it is simply a case of learning how to apply them.
and before said pompous idiot comes back at me, I don't consider myself to have any talent at all, but we have been very successful over the past two or three years at competitive club level - what more can any reasonable karter ask for?
Get a grip you old dinosaurs!
