I also read a section in the Motorsport News that the Driver in question has very publicly moved up to a Junior class, I didn�t think that this was possible, I understanding that he may be able to go back to mini max but certainly not into Cadets. http://www.santinoferrucci.com/

How can this Kid race against our Cadet drivers after racing againts junior max,Mini max & KF3 drivers ? Blue Book : 15.1.3
How did he obtain an MSA license if he is not domicile in the UK ? Blue Book: page 129 Address & Nationality.
He is too young to hold an international license.

How can he get his headmaster from his school in the UK to authorise him to race if he lives in America.?

I personally don�t think this is right.

However this is only my opinion, but who am I, sorry I am only another Cadet Father!
