What you say regarding the concentric is correct, well done, it took me a while to get my head around that when I first started experimenting with caster & camber when. I only had a top concentric to play with so settled for "half way" caster angle and maximum positive camber.
I can't tell you which is the most important, caster or camber, as only you can determine that by testing, but the object is to get the correct caster/camber combination. You achieve this by adjusting the upper and lower concentric's.
And when you've done that don't forget to check your tracking, i.e. toe-in & toe-out. Try to do this with each caster or camber change you make or else you'll end up evaluating more than one change each time.
If you can specify your chassis, and the circuits you use, then I'm sure that other karters will be able to quote you some settings to set you off with.
