If you have a rainmeister or similar and find it helps, stick it in (drivers job).
I always alter front and rear track when it's wet. The front is super easy because the wheels are coming off anyway (if you run front hubs, always have a spare set mounted to your wets) so you just stick all the spacers on before the wets go on. With the rear, mark on the axle how far in the rear hubs can go and alter those whilst the wheels are off.
For a changeable day your wets should always have max pressure in them and be let down to suit the conditions whilst on the dummy grid.
Next would be toe out, 1/2 turn to 1 turn each side, you should have it worked out beforehand.
