Lots of carb failures. I saw at least 6, all as a result of the return spring breaking or the screws on the butterfly coming undone. These items though can be easily sorted. Big differences in driver and engine/carb performance. After the red flagging of one final two or three didn't manage to restart. Quicker than KF2 in the wet was probably due to the tyres, but that may change maybe even the slicks if they are quicker than the kf2's Looks like it could end up like Rotax as sourcing good parts is necessary as machining is very limited or not allowed, also only using the specified spark plug, and easykart oil, will and lead to much time being spent on dynos, and testing, etc It looks more fun to drive than a Rotax and a few star/guest drivers made it look good. Showcasing it at Super 1 gave it a big step up but for me it disappointed. I don't feel that it is really provides the step forward that karting needs but full marks for trying.
