Especially these old nuts.
Why the hell do manufacturers go to all the trouble of incorporating adjustments into their chassis when people say they do nothing.
OF COURSE THEY DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you run a data logging system and overlay the graphs, you can see the difference with your eyes.
A change does not neccessarily show up in a huge amount of time but can show itself in a handling feeling that makes the kart less dificult to drive.
We poled it and won at a track we'd never driven by doing something that no other kart on that grid did.
They all assumed the settings they used were correct and they all used it.
Axles, seat stays, ride height, toe in/out, hubs, rims, they all affect handling and ultimately, time.
If you think they don't, then stay in the dark. I don't suppose we who KNOW, actualy care!
I've never given duff information I hope, and I'm not going to tell you that axles and seat stays do nothing when we've got visual proof they do.
If you don't notice the difference, there's something wrong somewhere and it might not be the kart.
