I don't always agree with IAN, but in this case he has a valid point.

Being a volunteer is a thankless task. Many people moan that things don't happen fast enough, yet most are willing to let a band of the few loyal members sort everything out.

I used to do results and nearly always had them online that night or worst case 9am the next morning. The one day I hadn't i got so much grief.

Not one person ask is everything ok - do you need a hand. Were infact I could have done with a hand because that one month I had so much stuff in work and personal life that I struggled to get the 30 minutes to do the job I did for FREE becuase no one else does it.

If people want their club to be better maybe they should do something to help be whatever it is.
