I am not sure I understand the question. However, Camber and Caster are independent of each other.
If you are suggesting measuring the Camber and then moving the pills to a 90-degree-changed-new position and thus assuming that the Caster must now be the old Camber angle..... then.... NO... you can't.
Have a look at your kingpin 'tube' on the chassis: it has it's own Camber and Caster angles (well.... they are not called that..... but you know what I mean) and that will usually give you a much larger Camber and Caster angle than is 'adjustable' from the pills. You'd need to know the 'chassis' Camber and Caster angles (strictly, they are called King-Pin-Inclination) and add/subtract those from your final values.
