I don't know of Alex Thomas, but do know Dave and Aidan Charity. Dave has really good engineering capability and Aidan is a good and talented driver.
They are both the most sociable and helpful people that you would ever wish to meet. Both are completely willing to share what they have learnt, and are still learning. This is totally contra to the attitude of the "big Teams", whose arrogance leaves me dumbfounded. The "I'm faster than you, so I'll punt you off the circuit, because you are defending your race position" attitude is what appears to be advocated by them. They should take a lesson from Aidan, who is calm, collected and extremely fair.
Dave and Aidan run on a budget that is SOOOO tiny that it is difficult to believe that they achieve what they do.
I wish them both the success that they really deserve.
