You really should read/listen to what ian (itpro) has been saying. You are on a public domain stating that this guy is a crook, cheat, etc etc but do you have all the facts? If you read the rules for the 2012 scholarship it does say that if there are not enough entries the qualifying process can be cancelled. What did it say for last year? Hopefully, James has all the paperwork from last year including all the rules of the competition and a written confirmation of him being the winner. Rather than start mud throwing on a public forum james should write to RPM setting out his concerns and asking them why they are not honouring their commitment (as he sees it). James could then contact Trading Standards and Advertising Styandards if he still feels that the company has acted against the terms - especially as there is another offer for the 2012 season. If RPM are clearly in the wrong then i would agree that action needs to be taken but to make comments without the facts could leave you facing some serious litigation - don't be stupid!
