Paul, part of hunting for sponsorship is learning to take stuff on the chin, no matter how well you put together a presentation and think noone can refuse, if a company doesnt want to give you their dosh then they wont. move on and try other companies.....ive lost count of the amount of companies i contacted before i got sponsorship, but when i did, it was worth it, i managed to pay for the entire race car and season with 1 deal, they were happy because they got 300% ROI on their investment, but be prepared to work on the deal, like i say in my proposal its not just about putting stickers on race cars, its about a marketing programme, be prepared to go to shows, chairty events, launch days etc that your sponsor requires....dont just sit back reap the rewards and forget about them.
