Now when this was first discussed I was totally against, two years ago!
Now imagine situation where a parent spouts off currently and the Clerk knowing his only redress is to penalise a CHILD, what does he do? I would say he looks at the kid knowing that because Dad has been a d**k takes the childs license away, how can that be fair? So what do we have, doe the CoC take action, I would think most times NO, because they are human and want to see little Johhny race and not penalise him because Dad has caused a problem.
So I will have to pay to get a license and I'm OK with that, any of you who think Ł16 is a rip off unfortunately may well be in the wrong sport?

Two years this has been discussed,why wait to now to complain?
