I think both Danlee and Liam make valid points. I was at Wigan on Sunday and watched this happening and find it surprising that the CoC and his team do not deal with the offenders. Regardless of the rules, I thought time and opportunity also applied, but going into the first corner and knocking another kart off the track should not be considerred fair just because your wheel is in front! I have helped pick several drivers up from the track and put them in the Ambulance and this is more important than gaining track position. Why does the CoC not deal with it more severely. I watched GYG S1 last night and the Honda cadet final. The kart infront on the collision appeared to get excluded for defending and causing the incident, this is how it should be all the time.
