Some interesting comments. Especially the one about money, kit and respect and the one about 'invitation'. I suppose 'the team' thing depends on your own experience And there are many levels of 'teams'. For us it was planned for a single year and has delivered what we wanted and more(no S1 trophies-though, but we didnt expect that) but we perhaps had a different objective. Worth every penny and had a great time to boot. As parents we have learnt alot as well. The team principle has a low opinion of bad driving and if it happens makes it clear that he does not expect to see it again. Yes changing from the inside is the best way, but it is useful to get opinion from expereinced people on the Board who have been, done and got t-shirt (and have seen and heard it all before)
