Hi all,
Advertised some kart gear on the marketplace a week or so ago and had an email asking lots of good questions about it.
The guy did not put his name on the email but otherrwise it looked OK. Initially he wanted to come and look at the gear but then said work committments made it difficult so he would send a cheque and buy it.
My offer price was �875.00 and just had an email saying a cheque for �2,675.00 is in the post and when the cheque is cleared I should take my �875.00 and send the balance to his shippiong agent who will arrange collection of the goods.
Not been told where to send the extra money but am guessing it will be through Western Un ion or similar!
Must still be enough mugs around who are falling for these scams.
