"Win A TAG Transponder (30/11)

In association with TAG Heuer and Sports Timing Systems, TVKC will be giving away a TAG LS Transponder this weekend at Round One of their Club Winter Series... a prize worth over �200!"

So they have made the decision to go to TAG Heuer. Does this mean that the rest of the Karting fraternity should blindly follow like sheep. Oh yes, you can win a transponder, but what about the rest? Ooops! You have to spend �200+. If anyone can really state why the Tag product is better than the current system, and can convincingly explain the benefits to the majority, which can justify the extra expenditure, then please go ahead.
It is just another timing system with extra features. SO WHAT!!

If they are trying to attract the "high flyers" (i.e. Loads of money) then it is quite obvious that the "sport" has gone out of karting and "We want your money" dictates.
