My apologies, i didn't word my post very well. The MSA concept is great but it defiantly does not work at Hooton.

The rules are just about ok, but they are not enforced, that's issue. Bobs fundementaly a nice chap but he's all talk and no action. You have tuned and ported engines against sealed comers etc,in the same race, Its not a race. In January I highlighted a cadet on the wrong tyres in heat 1 and Bob did nothing about it whatsoever despite his rules stating KT3/SL3 only. To me the rules need to be enforced or removed, The Bambinos and cadets have been plagued with issues surrounding that exact point since Jan 2012. In Feb, despite Bobs warning regarding driving standards in the drivers briefing plus a previous one in parc ferme for all cadets my lad still got rammed off the circuit in qualifying at turn 3 with no repercussions for the offender. I hope Wigan can take the concept and make it work.
