Guys..... this 'battle' is pretty 'big business'. This is a fight for VERY substantial assets! Their lawyers will have told them to 'SHUT UP' or risk jeopardising their case. Any person in this battle with 1/4 of a brain would now take the expensive lawyer's advice and STAY SCHTUM until this is settled.

I fully understand this is annoying for ALL of us 'outsiders' but, please, behave like grown ups and understand WHY they can't (or damn well SHOULDN'T) discuss this in public. One wrong 'statment' could cause one party to 'lose' their case....!

PS.... I am NOT party to any discussions on this subject.... I have just been around litigation and negotiation for YEARS and have been told MANY by lawyers to KEEP QUIET until 'it's settled'.
