Agreeing with what PF and Andy said...
We run fairly consistently (within 100ths) and used to have a Storm with Jets and we ran well.
After doing the due diligence as to whether to change the mojo of the set up and trying Zip wheels all I can say is that I now have a collection of Jets in the garage and Zip wheels in the tyre bags.
I'm not saying this is for you, but it certainly worked for us and as Andy says both the Storm and the Lightning were built with those wheels in mind.
If this site weren't the festooning pile of technologically Luddite pig iron that it is and had any sort of social functionality you'd see pretty quickly from the "Likes" that you won't go far wrong taking the advice of ITPRO and AndyOxfordshire.
Both are right, as Ian says there are no short cuts in doing you're own research, doing the seat time, getting near the front and being consistent. By all means take advice but you need to satisfy yourself that it's right for your driver. However, I dare say it might be (in time). If you are breathing the words Zip and Honda in the same sentence Andy is probably one of the most knowledgeable(if not the most) authorities posting on this site.
