Perhaps part of the problem was that Whilton did not have a meeting - this would have been their race weekend.
The impact could have bben that all the S1 drivers now had only one circuit for their race preperation plus anyone who would have done the Whilton club race either did not race or travelled North.
A difficult one for any club. Should they set a amximum entry per class? That should give more track time but do they also have to give priority to club members who will be doing their championship?
Regardless of `priority for clib members' or `first come - first accepted' there will be some very unhappy rejected entrants.
At the very least, I think thast when entries are very high the club should not allow drivers who are not racing to practice on the saturday.
