Skint Father,

There hasnt been an offical response from the circuit to your posts, so please dont assume that its the venue offending you.

On thr name IKR, as a fellow competitor of yours has posted, we've always called it IKR from day 1. We are not aware of any conflict or breach of ownership/patent/trademark on the term IKR.

With regards to excluding your class of engine/kart, this is our first attempt at running our own race series and we've said from the start 'please bear with us whislt we get it right. We've always stated that we welcome input and suggestions regarding our rules and regs so inclusion of your class will be considered.
