Couldn't agree more Scott.
To be honest I think it's got so bad the clerks (bearing in mind all the other issues they've got to deal with) will only see a small percentage of the misdemeanors on track throughout the field.
Standing on the very to of the circuit at weekend it was plainly obvious how many people were loading, firing and turning in. In hindsight, if there were (another) three clerks up there with one watching the first 12 , the second the second 12, the third the last 12 and flagging each incident (with a few straight blacks thrown in)it would go some way to sorting out the driving standards. However, not every circuit hads the benefit of a vantage point like Rowrah.
Maybe there should be a cherry-picker at each subsequent round with a gaggle of clerks perched up high lol !!
