I cannot make any comment about penalties applied, but can assure you that I am working on making the Honda engines more equal and helping the "club" scrutineer be more effective. I too believe that some of the sums of money being asked for what is basically a �300 engine are outrageous. Although of course, people would not be able to sell them for these inflated amounts if there were not other folk prepared to spend that sort of money on them. With regard to the observation about being found out for the actions of your engine builder, that is a mater of trust between both parties. Having said that, the two test tools I am developing for next year will be available to anyone i.e driver, engine preparer or scroot.
