I agree with the above-fit is paramount so long as you're choosing a lid that's certified to the minimum safety standard the extra costs go towards, comfort, build quality & the name.
Having looked at the differences between a Koden (my lad started with one of these and was very happy) and the Stilo the extra quality is obvious. As for crash testing hopefully we will not find out but one hopes Stilo don't go overkill on the 3mm visor and skimp on the main shell.
One quick one, earlier posts regarding the rear height if the Koden and concerns, it was designed like this specifically to allow the use of doughnut style neck protectors without altering head attitude when sat, or so I've been told (& seen when we used it).
Best to try as many on as possible and decide which fits best (back to back if possible) - get someone who knows about lid fitting to check, dont just ask which feels comfiest as my lad hated the Stilo when he 1st had it on, too tight, now he loves it, does not care if he leaves it on or off.
If it fits there's many worse lids around than the Koden so if it's a 1st lid you don't have to spend loads just in case your driver decides something else is more his/her scene.
Hope this helps
