There are 2 karting forums...... This one and Karting1.
Very very easy to monitor!

The series runs within a club meeting so doesn't add any extra dates and is already part of an established class Rotax MAX!
As for numbers within grids. well maybe if it was that popular you have to say sorry X30/TKM/Rotax177/whoever you can't come in this meeting we have higher numbers in rotax and we can't accommodate you.

(another club will soon step in and invite the fringe class. Its the way of the world.)

Also Richydehav I sat in on the meeting so i don't need to speak to the MSA I explained to them that the Max series just like the 177 inter clubs had filled a market demand and shouldn't be squashed ITS A GOOD THING!! Theres obviously a demand for a series around multiple tracks within club meetings. S1 is such a big jump up in cost, and club racing at the same track can get repetitive and boring.

This has nothing to do with S1 its not their target market. John had a little moan because the MSA restrict him about number of rounds etc. He should be allowed to run the series as he sees fit then he can be accountable for its success or demise. I see his point on this. But he can't be making money on the MSA S1 series side! the entries are too low.

Maybe the top 3 of the max series could have got a S1 scholarship for the next year. We should have all worked with this! worked together. ITS a SPORT! This is the thing. They had the opportunity here. Now its gone.
