"and now the MSA is suddenly seeking fresh karting representatives!"
Your conspiracy sensors are working far too hard. The MSA do this every year about this time, as people are required to stand down from the various committees after a set period.
All same as most businesses where board members are required to stand down in the same way.
"You seem to represent the MSA (rather than the ABkC) Simon; in what capacity?"
I don't represent the MSA in any capacity.
"Furthermore, if the MSA was remotely serious about this,"
You must work for the Daily Mail.... The MSA news is sent to everyone who has applied for a licence and has given them an email address, and it's often followed up by the paper copy, as well as being available on the MSA website.
Facebook? What more do you want, someone to read it to you as well?
Since you've been around karting for long enough, I can only assume you are winding people up. Unfortunately some people will take you seriously.
