Many years ago, I heard Harold Wilson deal with a heckler who was clearly an idiot. He said, and I quote:-

" I can only give you the facts, just the facts. I cannot give you the intellect to comprehend them!"

I know exactly what he meant!

I'll try and explain it to you......

Laws and rules are usually based on words with a specific meanings. If somebody wants to use a word in an rule/contract/clause/etc. that doesn't have the EXACT meaning as used in a dictionary, it is usual to have a clarification where THIS usage of the word is explained. One widely used dictionary definition does NOT cover what WE mean by 'kerb'. Any good lawyer or advocate will USE that 'ambiguity' in their favour. Perhaps you don't remember how the Christodolous behaved.....

Now.... I am sorry if you don't understand it but I don't know any other way to explain this uncomplicated stuff to you. If you DON'T get it by now, I can't be bothered to explain it again...... just STAY confused......
