The fiche says no machining so it wasn't within fiche. Tal ko have determined that it was machined and I'm sure they can tell.

If you allow machining then it becomes essential to machine for all. Un-touched factory engines won't be cometitive. The best tuners will produce the best engines and they will be able to charge accordingly. The class becomes less equal and more expensive.

There are classes where all that is ok but TKM isn't it.
