Well done for 'resurrecting' this issue - the previous thread on this made it look as though this 'builder' had in fact done nothing wrong

Well, let me tell you .......not only has he done a great deal wrong, he has cost those involved a fortune

I am one of those effected and whilst I will not be going in to any detail on here, I can assure you this issue can very easily go unnoticed by virtue of the trust some of us have no choice but to place in those that can do the jobs we can't. That is the case here and of course many of you will say that we all knew, but I can tell you, we all didn't know, well, I certainly didn't and that is the truth - of course, you only have my word for that, but that's the way it is and I know what I did and I know it was not an agreement to cheat

But, things have changed now as, with TALKO's making it public and their offer of having a confidential check conducted, free of charge, there is now NO excuse for anyone who either has used this person or suspects he has done some work on it to not have had it checked - and let's be honest here, it is now very much common knowledge who it is so please don't bounce it back and ask me to name names - there's a reason I won't be doing that!

I was told how this person had apparently been wandering around Kimbolton last week-end as if nothing has happened and that rather tells you a great deal about his morals, but as I wasn't there and therefore unable to confirm that, then perhaps I shall reserve judgement. If that was the case and those who have been effected did nothing, then I am slightly disappointed about that aswell!

My advice to those involved is this;
If, like me you have nothing to hide and have well and truly been caught in this, then do something about it ..... NOW
I can tell you that Alan Turney wants to see this addressed and will give you support and advice if you take the time to contact him. There are plenty of options available, and I know which path I am going .... there WILL be an outcome for me, that much I can assure you all, but perhaps there could be strength in numbers here, so please, if you have been the victim in this, then put your money where your mouths are.
