Heat 3 of Junior Rotax was red flaged because the start was not happy with the formation.
When the drivers were spoken too it was pointed out that it was not the pole mans fault but those behind who were pushing, if you know this is happening you must have a good idea who is doing it so give them a penalty.
I can pick out three or four drivers on that grid who always do it not only at the start but during the race, why not single out a few different drivers each race to watch closely and it will be come clear who are the offenders.
