C1.1.5. Driving in a manner incompatible with general safety, and/or departing from the standard of a reasonably competent driver.

This reflects the failure to understand the rules.
C2.2.3 is intended to catch the genuinely accidental errors where advantage is gained (and not given back)
C1.1.5 catches overdriving mistakes having safety implications
- can be errors that might be within C2.2.3 but that are negligent or have safety consequences - (inc re-entering a track unsafely) -
C1.1.5 serious is Aggravated Contact - in other words "contact with intent" having safety implications or

The Kart Mandatory Table appears to have been put together over a coffee break - poorly thought out and drafted with no proper linkage to the judicial guidelines and no explanations - so Clerks don't understand it.

Simply announce at Drivers Briefing - better still on race entries - that loading will be deemed intentional contact and therefore fall within C1.1.5 Serious - Meeting Exclusion

...and what happens when this is stated? All the drivers kick off! ... or more usually, all the drivers who load or deliberately tap into corners (and their Dads) kick off.
