Surely there is a very simple solution. There are plenty of people posting on the forum who manage to see every incident that is missed by the officials.
Why don't they actr as observers at tracks when they/their kids are not racing. The pay for the day is so fantastic that it would pay for all thgeir racing so a win-win situation.
