You get penalised if one of your tyres touches the tramlines,this can be driver error, or as witnessed ,the following driver loading (contact driving)the driver in front as the line start who then falls foul by touching or crossing the lines by the impact, this is not helped by the lines being on a curve. No action taken on offending loading driver.
